K2 Homes Co-Founders have a very unique skill set. The two founders spent time in executive level, and ownership telecom roles for the better part of 15 years. Both founders also have experience in rehabbing homes and working as real estate professionals. These skillsets allow the company to fluidly work with investors one minute, and seamlessly move to contractors the next in a nimble and effective manner.
